  3. Depending on the consents you have given and existing legal obligations, your data may be processed by the Administrator on the basis of Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR for the purpose of:
    a) Concluding and performing the contract concluded with you by the Administrator (if concluded) – the legal basis for processing is the pursuit of concluding and performing the concluded contract,
    b) Direct marketing of the Controller's services during the term of the agreement and after its termination in order to present the Controller's services and their terms and conditions – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller or your consent,
    c) Fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator – the legal basis for processing is a provision of law,
    d) Investigating and considering claims related to the agreement concluded with you (if concluded) – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the controller or a legal provision (Civil Code or other relevant law),
  4. The controller does not perform automated processing of personal data, in particular, it does not profile them.
  5. The provision of your data is:
    a) voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and performance of a purchase or sale agreement (if you wish to conclude such an agreement),
    b) completely voluntary in terms of its processing for marketing purposes.
  6. You also have the right to object to the processing of data
    for marketing purposes.
  7. Your data is processed by the controller for specific purposes, respectively, after the expiry of the period:
    a) required by law,
    b) the existence of a legitimate interest of the controller,
    c) the expiry of any claims under the concluded contract,
    d) the validity of your consent.
  8. The controller may disclose your personal data only:
    a) Entities authorized by law,
    b) Entities authorized by the controller solely in the interest of the controller and on its behalf on the basis of a contract and within the limits specified therein, in particular external service providers,
    c) Other entities on the basis of your explicit consent.
  9. Your personal data will not be transferred by the Administrator to third countries or entities based in foreign countries.
  10. You have the right to access, correct, or transfer your data, as well as to object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes, request the deletion of your data, or restrict its processing. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing based on that consent before the date of withdrawal.
